  4. Promotion closes at 23:59 GMT (Greenwich Mean Time) on 27/04/2014.
  5. To enter the draw: Purchase a promotional 50g, 100g or 200g Lindt Gold Bunny Milk chocolate and visit www.goldbunny.co.uk. Then enter your personal details, followed by unique 'magical' 8 digits code found on the product and submit your entry. The unique 'magical' 8 digits code can be found on the label on the base of promotional Lindt Gold Bunny’s Milk chocolate. Please keep your label for winner validation purposes.
  6. Multiple entries per household are permitted though each entry must be from a different purchased Lindt Gold Bunny Milk chocolate. Only one winner per household is permitted.
  7. Only valid unique promotional codes will be accepted. Each code can only be entered once. Manufacturer’s references or printing errors do not constitute valid codes. The Promoter does not assume any responsibility for codes damaged or defaced in the way the product packaging is opened. Main Prize: 1 x Holiday worth up to £10,000 where the winner can choose their own itinerary, including destination and duration of the holiday, travel insurance (mandatory), meals, flights, accommodation, transfers, how many guests can go on this holiday with the winner and activities up to the designated prize value.

    All selected dates and destinations of the holiday are subject to availability and therefore early booking is recommended.

    The Promoter's travel agent standard terms and conditions apply.

    Runner up Prizes: 250 x Plush Gold Color Soft Toy Bunny – 23cm high and contains 3 x 10g Gold Bunny in each plush.

    Additional Information for the main prize (holiday):

  10. The prize does not include any other costs of a personal nature not stated (including spending money), all of which will be the sole responsibility of the winner and his/her guest(s).
  11. Holiday prize must be booked by 30th April 2015 and taken by 30th June 2015.
  12. Holiday can be chosen from any ABTA bonded tour operator and must be booked through Cloud Nine Incentives Ltd (i.e. excluding direct sell companies). A minimum of six weeks' notice is required for bookings and once a booking has been confirmed no changes are permitted. If a booking is cancelled no alternative dates will be issued. For the avoidance of doubt, no compensation and/or refund will be provided. Holiday prize must be taken at the stated times, no alternatives available.
  13. Prize cannot be used in conjunction with any travel loyalty programme, any other discount, discount coupon(s) or voucher(s), promotion(s) or special offer.
  14. Once this prize has been issued, the Promoter, shall not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations caused by (but not limited to) weather conditions, fire, flood, strike, hurricane, industrial dispute, war, terrorist activity, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, or any other circumstances beyond the control of the Promoter or Travel Companies.
  15. There is no cash alternative or refund for unused portions of the prize.
  16. The winner and his/her guest(s) must have passports with at least 6 months validity from the day they return to their home country after the holiday prize in order to secure their tourist visa if applicable (which is not included in the prize – the winner and his/her guest(s) will need to organise this). The Promoter or Cloud Nine cannot be held responsible if the prize winner or any of the travelling party fail to obtain the required travel documentation.
  17. The prize winner and his/her guest(s) (where applicable) are responsible for and must comply with any health advice / regulations / inoculations required by any holiday destination country. Any associated costs for this are the responsibility of the prize winner and his/her guest(s) (where applicable).
  18. Winners Selection: For your total confidence, winners will be selected randomly in a prize draw from all valid entries received within 3 working days after the closing date of this promotion under the supervision of the independent person.
  19. Winners Notification: Winners will be notified by e-mail and/or phone within 3 working days after the draw. Those not contactable via reasonable means (after reasonable efforts) within 14 working days after initial notification may be disqualified and an alternative winning entrant may be awarded the prize on the same basis as described above.
  20. All entries must be made personally by the entrant.
  21. Bulk entries and those through agents or third parties are invalid. No automated entries will be accepted. Incorrectly completed or incomplete entries will not be accepted. Entries will be disqualified if the Promoter, at its sole discretion, believes that there has been an attempt to manipulate or tamper with the operation of the Promotion.   27. The Promoter cannot accept any responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury, costs, expenses or claims suffered by entrants as a result of entering the Promotion or accepting the prizes.
